100 GHS to Join, 50 GHS Per Listing: Bboyo’s New Ghana Agent Opportunity
Agent Incentive, Listing & Property Tour Strategy
Effective: 1st August 2026
Bboyo Real Estate is adopting the following market strategy for its operations in Ghana. The strategy is designed to accelerate agent recruitment, increase the number of quality properties available on the Bboyo platform, and provide customers with a transparent and affordable property-search experience.
1. Agent Sign-Up Incentive: 100 GHS
Bboyo will pay a 100 GHS sign-up incentive to qualifying agents who partner with Bboyo Real Estate in Ghana.
The incentive will be available to the first 100 agents who:
- Create and receive approval for their Bboyo Agent account; and
- Successfully list their first five (5) approved properties on the Bboyo platform.
The 100 GHS incentive is unlocked only after the agent has met both requirements.
Maximum sign-up incentive allocation: 10,000 GHS for the first 100 qualifying agents.
2. Property Listing Incentive: 50 GHS Per Approved Property
Bboyo will pay agents 50 GHS for every approved property they list on the Bboyo website.
This incentive will apply to the first 500 approved properties listed by agents under this campaign.
Properties must meet Bboyo's listing requirements and receive approval before the agent qualifies for the incentive.
Maximum property-listing incentive allocation: 25,000 GHS for the first 500 approved properties.
3. Payment Schedule for Approved Property Listings
Bboyo will pay agents for all qualifying approved property listings on the 1st day of each month.
Only properties that have been reviewed and approved by Bboyo and meet the requirements of the applicable incentive campaign will qualify for payment.
4. Free Customer Property Tours & Agent Tour Compensation
Bboyo is committed to making property viewing more accessible to customers.
Customers will not pay a visitation/showing fee when touring a property listed on Bboyo and booking their tour through the Bboyo platform.
Bboyo does not charge customers a visitation fee for these booked property tours.
Instead, Bboyo will compensate the agent who conducts the tour.
- Agent tour compensation: 50 GHS per tour
- The 50 GHS applies when an agent conducts a booked property tour for a Bboyo customer.
- When a customer wishes to view multiple properties with the same agent on the same day, the compensation structure may be different.
- Bboyo and the agent will discuss and agree on the appropriate compensation for multiple-property tours.
5. Property Tour Payment Schedule
Bboyo will pay qualifying agent showing/tour fees on the 15th day of each month.
This means:
Approved property listing payments → 1st of every month
Agent property tour/showing payments → 15th of every month
This payment schedule is intended to provide agents with a predictable and transparent payment cycle.
6. Referral Business Opportunities
Individuals interested in establishing a referral partnership with Bboyo Real Estate are encouraged to contact the company directly.

7. Campaign Limits & General Conditions
These incentives are promotional programs designed to support Bboyo's Ghana market expansion.
- Sign-up incentives are limited to the first 100 qualifying agents.
- Property-listing incentives are limited to the first 500 approved properties.
- Only approved agent accounts and approved property listings qualify.
- Properties must comply with Bboyo's listing standards.
- Bboyo reserves the right to verify submitted information before approving any incentive payment.
- Incentives cannot be claimed for duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or rejected listings.
- Bboyo reserves the right to establish additional terms or modify campaign conditions as the Ghana market strategy develops.
