I'm Oteng Daniel, a real estate Surveyor as a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and a proud member of the Project Management Institute. I have Master in Project Management, Degree and HND in Estate Management, Diploma in Quanties Estimation and Cost Analysis, and certificate in Construction Management. I've over 15 years in the in construction and sales of landed properties through proper valuation and appraisal to reflect the true market value of the landed properties. I ensure that all necessary landed documents that covers and protects the landed properties and readily available before any transactions is made and concluded.
